About the role:
Support the HR department by enhancing employee services within the Supply Chain Division by reviewing documents, preparing performance reports, and contributing to key HR functions such as recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance with company policies.
Responsibility:
- Review employee benefit requests (e.g., medical claims) to ensure alignment with company policies.
- Verify financial assistance applications, such as bank loans, to confirm employee eligibility.
- Assess educational support claims, including school fee invoices, to ensure accuracy and entitlement compliance.
- Review salary documentation for new or probationary employees to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
- Evaluate termination and final settlement requests to confirm completeness and adherence to company procedures.
- Review employee appeals to ensure they are justified and supported by appropriate documentation.
- Assess contract change requests to ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Review contract renewal requests to confirm alignment with renewal guidelines and policy standards.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly personnel performance reports to monitor departmental progress and support strategic HR planning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Preferred: 6 months or more of relevant experience
- Fluency in English is required
