Position: Payroll & HR Operations Officer
Location: Jubail Industrial Area, Saudi Arabia
Abdullah Al-Nemshan Contracting Company (ANCC) is a leader in the Saudi construction sector. We are looking for a meticulous and experienced Payroll & HR Operations Officer to join our team in Jubail.
If you have a strong command of payroll, attendance management, and HR operations within the KSA construction industry, we want to hear from you!
Key Requirements:
✅Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
✅2-3 years of experience (KSA Construction experience is mandatory).
✅Advanced Excel & ERP proficiency.
✅Deep knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, WPS, and GOSI.
✅Fluency in English & Arabic is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
✅Process end-to-end monthly payroll, ensuring WPS/GOSI compliance.
✅Manage attendance, leave, and employee records (Iqamas, visas).
✅Handle onboarding, offboarding.
✅Generate ERP reports and resolve employee attendance & payroll inquiries.
