Responsibilities

  1. Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management
  2. Identify and develop new customers while building and maintaining long-term business relationships with existing clients.
  3. Sales Performance & Target Achievement
  4. Develop and execute sales plans to achieve assigned targets. Manage sales contracts, negotiate terms, and ensure timely follow-up on orders and payments.
  5. Market Analysis & Business Development
  6. Conduct market research, monitor competitor activities, gather customer feedback, and identify new business opportunities to support growth.
  7. Internal Coordination & After-Sales Support
  8. Coordinate with internal departments (supply chain, logistics, and finance) to ensure smooth order processing, product availability, and effective after-sales service.



Skills

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  2. 1–5 years of proven sales experience; experience in the ceramics or building materials industry is preferred.
  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
  4. Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven with a strong results-oriented mindset.
  5. Ability to manage multiple accounts and work independently under pressure.
