Job Summary The Senior Manager – Utilities & Critical Infrastructure leads the governance, reliability, and operational performance of all utility systems and critical infrastructure supporting Qiddiya Workers Villages.
Roles and Responsibilities · Lead governance and oversight of all utility systems and critical infrastructure.
· Establish preventive and predictive maintenance strategies for critical assets.
· Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance for utilities operations.
· Develop contingency and emergency response plans for system failures.
· Oversee utilities service providers and OEMs against KPIs and SLAs.
· Lead failure investigations and reliability improvement programs.
· Provide technical leadership for upgrades and expansion projects.
Key Deliverables and Accountabilities · Reliable and uninterrupted utility services.
· Preventive maintenance and reliability programs.

Required Qualifications and Certifications · Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
· Professional engineering certifications preferred.
Experience Requirements · Minimum 10 years of experience in utilities or critical infrastructure operations.
· At least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing mission-critical systems.
