As a Key Account Manager, you will play a critical role in scaling our impact across hospitals, healthcare systems, and enterprise partners. You will ensure our technology is successfully adopted, delivers measurable clinical value, and grows across institutions.
You will work at the intersection of healthcare, AI, and strategic partnerships — helping health systems move from reactive care to proactive action.
What You’ll DoCustomer Onboarding & Training Serve as the main point of contact for assigned key accounts. Build strong relationships with clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders. Ensure smooth implementation and continued adoption of amplif AI solutions.
Customer Onboarding & Training Coordinate onboarding plans, training sessions, and product demonstrations. Support healthcare teams in integrating amplif AI workflows into clinical practice. Provide ongoing education and best practices to maximize value.
Growth & Retention Identify opportunities to expand partnerships through additional sites, services, or use cases. Monitor account health, usage trends, and satisfaction metrics. Drive renewals and long-term engagement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with product, clinical, engineering, and regulatory teams to address partner needs. Communicate feedback from accounts to improve product performance and service delivery.
Reporting and Documentation Maintain accurate records of account activities, outcomes, and follow-ups. Prepare account updates and performance reports for leadership.
What You Need2+ years experience in healthcare account management, medical devices, or digital health. Bachelor’s degree in a medical-related field. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret usage data and performance metrics. Excellent communication skills with confidence engaging clinical and executive stakeholders. Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup setting. The ideal candidate must have a solid medical background and demonstrated experience in Podiatry and Wound Care.
Nice to Have Experience managing government healthcare accounts in Saudi Arabia. Familiarity with AI based medical technologies or imaging solutions. Experience coordinating pilots or proof of concept programs. Arabic and English fluency.
Eligibility Criteria Applications will only be considered from candidates currently based inside Saudi Arabia. The candidate must have relevant experience within the specific region of application. Hiring is strictly for the following regions: Central Region, Western Region and Southern Region.
