Role Description
The Sales Specialist ICT/AV is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh. The primary responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their AV and ICT needs, and providing tailored solutions. The individual will manage the sales process from initial contact to closure, deliver product presentations, provide customer training, and maintain strong customer relationships. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet sales targets and ensure client satisfaction is also a key part of the role.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with clients and effectively addressing their needs. Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to drive results, achieve targets, and manage accounts. Experience in providing Training to customers on products or services to ensure their understanding and satisfaction. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and maintain strong interpersonal relationships. Familiarity with ICT and AV industry trends and solutions is a plus. Proven track record of achieving sales targets in technology or AV-related industries is preferred. Relevant educational background, preferably in Business, Sales, ICT, or related fields.
