The Role We’re looking for a highly creative, highly skilled shooter–editor who can operate solo with confidence. You’ll film, direct on the fly, capture great audio, light smart, and edit fast without losing taste. This is a hands-on role today, with a clear path to becoming PME’s Video Department Head as we scale.

What You’ll Do (Day to Day) Shoot high-quality video across events, brand campaigns, hospitality, retail activations, and corporate stories Work fast on location: handheld, gimbal, tripod, interviews, b-roll, run-and-gun Build lighting setups that are clean and efficient (small crew or solo-friendly) Record solid audio (lavs, handheld, basic field mixing mindset) Edit end-to-end: selects, pacing, music, sound cleanup, basic mix, subtitles, exports Deliver in multiple formats: 16:9, 9:16, 1:1, platform-ready versions Keep projects organized (folders, proxies, backups, naming, version control) Collaborate with our team on story, shot lists, and creative direction Over time: help build PME’s video standards (templates, looks, workflows, quality bar)
What “Great” Looks Like at PMEYou deliver footage that feels premium, intentional, and emotionally tuned Your edits have taste: pacing, rhythm, restraint, confident music choices You’re reliable under pressure (events move fast, clients are present) You’re proactive: you see problems before they happen (light, audio, access, timing) You can switch styles: cinematic when needed, clean corporate when needed, social-native when needed
Must-Haves Strong portfolio showing both shooting + editing (real examples, not only reels) Confidence filming solo: camera, audio, and lighting basics handled properly Advanced editing skills (Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve; After Effects is a plus) Experience with fast turnaround deliverables (same-day or next-day edits sometimes) Strong sense of composition, movement, and storytelling Professional on-site behavior (client-facing, calm, respectful, discreet)
Big Plus (Nice to Have) Event aftermovies + brand storytelling experience Color grading confidence (even if simple, consistent, clean) Motion graphics templates / typography basics Drone experience (and ability to follow local regulations) Arabic language skills (not required, but helpful) Leadership potential: you enjoy mentoring, building systems, raising quality across a team
Growth Path This role starts as a solo shooter–editor. As PME grows, you can become our Head of Video, shaping our creative standard, building a team, and owning the video department.
