We are looking for a dedicated senior PPF installer a strong eye for detail and pride in high quality workmanship. This role involves applying premium paint protection film, color change film, window tint, and windshield protection using industry leading products from brands such as XPEL, SunTek, and Exoshield.

The installer will confidently operate plotter machines including Graphtec and Yink and will be responsible for the general care and upkeep of all installation equipment.

This position also requires staying ahead of inventory needs by monitoring material usage and preparing supply lists well before stock runs low.

We are seeking someone reliable, experienced, and self managed who takes ownership of their work and contributes to maintaining professional shop standards. They will also be responsible for training new employees who have prior experience, and when needed will attend frequent, up to date training programs with major manufacturers such as XPEL in order to stay current and pass that knowledge on to the team. They are responsible for instructing the team with prep work and detailing, ensuring all vehicles are properly cleaned, corrected, and prepared to the required standard before and after film installation so that the final result meets professional quality expectations.
