Job Objective Support vendor and shipping partner operations by monitoring prices and services, updating the vendor database, analyzing performance, and preparing operational reports to ensure optimal service quality and competitive pricing.

Key Responsibilities1️⃣ Price & Service Monitoring Monitor price updates from shipping partners and ensure accurate reflection in systems and contracts. Track promotions and special offers and ensure proper activation. Follow up on any changes in services provided by shipping partners.2️⃣ Vendor Development Support Research and evaluate new shipping partners based on defined criteria. Coordinate introductory meetings and prepare partnership proposals. Prepare evaluation summaries for each new vendor.3️⃣ Data & Reporting Maintain and update the vendor database regularly and accurately. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports on prices, services, and market competition. Provide summaries and analyses to support performance improvement and strategic planning.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)100% accurate and timely updates of prices and contracts in the system. Delivery of daily/weekly/monthly reports without errors. Number of new vendors evaluated and summary reports prepared according to the plan. Monitoring and ensuring proper implementation of competitive pricing and service benefits. Monthly update of the vendor database with 100% completeness of information.

Required Qualifications2–3 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or logistics operations. Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare accurate reports. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and vendor management systems. Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Attention to detail and ability to execute tasks efficiently and accurately.
