Duties & Responsibilities:* The ability to implement a clear Strategic Plan with objectives linked to KPIs.• Manage social media accounts (Snapchat, Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, X, Linked In)• Create creative content aligned with the brand identity• Develop and execute a monthly content plan• Monitor trends and leverage them in a way that serves the business• Analyze content and campaign performance using analytics tools (Insights, Analytics)• Optimize results based on data and reports• Engage with the audience and respond to messages and comments professionally• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to achieve the best results
Required Skills:• Experience in content writing (Copywriting & Content Creation)• Strong analytical skills with the ability to read and interpret data and reports• Experience managing social media accounts and platforms• Strong planning and organizational skills• Creativity and the ability to propose new ideas• Knowledge of paid advertising basics (an added advantage)
