Sales Lead (B2B Saa S) Location: Saudi-based | Full-time Reporting to: CEOAbout Qawafel Qawafel is transforming B2B operations by enabling merchants to manage procurement, invoicing, and payments in one seamless Saa S platform. We help businesses digitize purchasing workflows, automate invoices, and simplify payments to improve efficiency, visibility, and cash flow. We’re hiring a Sales Lead to own revenue growth and build a scalable sales engine as we expand across the region. This role reports directly to the CEO and will be central to shaping how we go to market. Role summary You’ll lead the full sales function: pipeline generation, deal execution, forecasting, and team development. This is hands-on. You’ll close key deals yourself while setting the pace and standards for the team. Key responsibilities Revenue and pipeline Own monthly and quarterly revenue targets Build and maintain strong pipeline via outbound, inbound, partnerships, and referrals Run the full sales cycle from discovery to close, then ensure a clean handoff Deal leadership Lead discovery with business owners, finance, and operations to understand workflows and pain points Position Qawafel around outcomes like automation, cost control, visibility, and cash flow Negotiate contracts with a Saa S mindset (subscriptions, usage, expansions, multi-year) Sales strategy and execution Build and refine the sales playbook: ICP, personas, messaging, qualification, stages Run forecasting, pipeline reviews, and performance tracking with consistency Work closely with marketing, product, and ops on lead gen, pricing, packaging, and rollout Team leadership Coach AEs/BDRs on discovery, demos, objection handling, and closing Set clear weekly standards and support hiring as we scale Build a culture of accountability and performance without bureaucracy CRM and operational discipline Keep CRM data clean and accurate (pipeline, conversion, cycle time, forecast) Help define scalable processes for onboarding, activation, retention, and expansion with CSRequirements5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally Saa SStrong track record of hitting quota and closing complex deals Leadership mindset with the ability to coach, build process, and drive accountability Confident selling to owners and senior finance/ops stakeholders Strong negotiation skills and commercial judgment Organized, data-driven, and comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment Fluent English required, Arabic strongly preferred Bonus points Experience in procurement, invoicing, payments, ERP, fintech, or B2B workflow tools Experience building repeatable sales motions (playbooks, territories, reporting) Existing network in KSA across SMB and mid-market What we offer High-ownership role reporting directly to the CEOReal influence on GTM strategy and how the company scales Clear growth path into Head of Sales / revenue leadership Competitive salary plus performance-based incentives
