Job Details

Job Title: Facilities Supervisor Job Purpose:To oversee and manage company accommodation and related facilities, ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained living environment for employees in accordance with company policies and safety standards. Key Responsibilities:Supervise daily operations of company accommodation and facilities. Manage room allocation and maintain updated occupancy records. Coordinate maintenance, cleaning, and repair activities. Liaise with contractors and service providers when required. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company regulations. Handle residents’ concerns and resolve issues promptly. Monitor utilities consumption (electricity, water, etc.). Conduct regular inspections of accommodation and facilities. Prepare periodic reports for management. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (preferred) or Business Administration.2–5 years of experience in accommodation, facilities, or camp management. Knowledge of HR policies related to employee welfare and housing management. Basic understanding of facilities maintenance and safety standards. Proficiency in MS Office applications. Skills:Strong organizational and supervisory skills. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
