A leading FMCG organisation is seeking a Regional Sales Manager – Western Region to lead commercial performance and sales execution across the West of Saudi Arabia, covering key markets including Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah, Taif, Yanbu and surrounding areas.
This role is part of a Saudisation initiative and is open to Saudis only.
To lead regional sales strategy and execution to deliver profitable growth, strengthen customer partnerships, and ensure high-performing field sales operations across the Western Region. The role will manage regional sales teams, drive distribution effectiveness, and maintain strong cross-functional alignment to achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute regional sales plans in alignment with overall business strategy and growth targets Own regional sales target achievement and profitability, ensuring disciplined forecasting and performance tracking Lead, coach, and develop the regional sales organisation, including KPI deployment, performance management, and succession planning Drive distribution efficiency and service model effectiveness to improve availability, execution quality, and customer satisfaction Establish a structured operating cadence (daily/weekly/monthly reviews) to track progress, address challenges, and drive corrective actions Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders across the Western Region; support negotiations and issue resolution Monitor competitor activity (pricing, stock levels, promotions) and translate insights into actionable commercial recommendations Ensure timely and accurate reporting, including weekly and monthly performance updates Collaborate closely with Trade Marketing, Logistics, Finance, Sales Excellence and HR to deliver regional objectives Candidate Profile Saudi Nationals (mandatory – Saudisation requirement) Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline Proven FMCG sales leadership experience with responsibility for targets at area/region level Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated capability in negotiation, problem-solving, and customer management Strong analytical skills (forecasting, performance analysis; exposure to cannibalisation/regression analysis is advantageous) Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and familiarity with ERP systems Arabic and strong English communication skills Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
