Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a highly qualified Senior Manager - Risk (CDU3) - SDU-100 to lead our risk management strategy and support our ambitious development projects.
This role will require you to create, implement, and manage a comprehensive risk management framework that supports project objectives while mitigating potential risks effectively.
The successful candidate will work closely with various teams throughout the project lifecycle to identify, assess, and manage risks.
You will play a pivotal role in fostering a proactive approach to risk management, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain the risk management framework for all Qiddiya projects, aligning it with best practices and industry standards.
Lead risk assessment workshops with project teams to facilitate the identification and analysis of project risks.
Monitor the implementation of risk mitigation strategies and their effectiveness throughout the project lifecycle.
Compile and manage risk registers, ensuring complete and accurate documentation of identified risks and their corresponding responses.
Provide regular reports to senior management on risk status, including significant findings, trends, and areas for improvement.
Develop and deliver training programs on risk management practices to enhance the knowledge and skills of project teams.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that risk considerations are integrated into all project plans and decisions.
Stay updated on emerging risks and industry trends to continuously enhance the risk management process.

Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
At least 8-10 years of experience in risk management, with a focus on large-scale construction or development projects.
Strong understanding of risk management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Proven experience in leading risk assessments and developing effective risk mitigation strategies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Professional certifications in risk management (such as CRM or PMI-RMP) are highly desirable.
