Foreground is partnering with a leading consumer electronics and home appliances distribution organization in Saudi Arabia to strengthen its regional commercial operations. The company is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager – Government & Semi-Government Accounts to lead and expand sales penetration within public sector institutions.
The Role
The Sales Manager will lead the development of the government and semi‑government client portfolio, overseeing tender participation, institutional account growth, and long‑term relationship management with public sector entities. The role involves managing the full sales lifecycle, coordinating internal commercial approvals, and ensuring pricing, service delivery, and contractual compliance meet procurement requirements.
The position carries responsibility for segment revenue performance, pipeline development, and institutional market expansion across the Kingdom.
Candidate Profile
This role is open exclusively to local nationals with a minimum of 5 years of experience selling into government or semi‑government sectors. Candidates should demonstrate strong understanding of tendering processes, procurement cycles, and institutional stakeholder management. Commercial acumen, Arabic fluency, and the ability to manage segment-level P&L performance are essential for success in this role.
