Ventoma Event Management is seeking a Marketing Manager
We are looking for a strategic marketing leader who can turn ideas into measurable results, manage marketing initiatives effectively, and align marketing efforts with the company’s business objectives.
Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute the company’s marketing strategy in line with overall business goals. • Plan, manage, and analyze digital and traditional marketing campaigns. • Oversee content creation, brand identity, and audience communication. • Manage social media platforms and coordinate with design and production teams. • Build and manage effective marketing partnerships. • Prepare periodic reports and track performance using KPIs. • Support the commercial team and contribute to client acquisition and growth.
Requirements: • Proven experience in marketing (minimum of 5 years). • Strong understanding of digital marketing and brand management. • Excellent leadership, organizational, and project management skills. • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong communication and professional copywriting skills. • Experience in the event management or project-based industry is a plus.
