Role Overview The Chief Academic Officer will own the academic architecture with an industry-first mindset. This role is accountable for what students become, not what they memorise. Key Responsibilities• Design and evolve an outcome-based academic framework • Build experiential learning systems (live projects, bootcamps, execution sprints) • Develop a KRA/KPI-based assessment model • Lead and manage mentors, coaches, and industry experts • Maintain academic rigour while driving continuous innovation
Ideal Candidate Profile• 8+ years in education innovation, EdTech, corporate learning, or experiential program design • Strong exposure to outcome-based and industry-integrated education models • Systems thinker with strong execution capability• Comfortable building from the ground up
