Interior Design Engineer – Residential Real Estate Projects We are seeking a creative and experienced Interior Design Engineer to join our team and contribute to the design and development of residential real estate projects, with a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and execution details.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and design interior concepts for residential projects (apartments, villas, compounds). Prepare detailed design and execution drawings and coordinate with consultants and contractors. Select materials, finishes, colors, and specifications in line with project requirements. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure proper implementation. Coordinate closely with site engineers to ensure execution aligns with approved designs. Review executed works and ensured compliance with drawings and quality standards. Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality requirements.
Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture. Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential real estate projects. Proficiency in design software:Auto CADRevit3Ds Max or Sketch UpPhotoshop or equivalent Strong knowledge of finishing materials and construction details.
