Role Description Fluent In English Minimum 5 Years Experience Proven Experience As Safety Officer In Construction Company Plan And Implement OHS ( Occupational Health And Safety ) Policies And Programs Conduct Regular Staff meetings & Tool Box Meetings To Share Best Practice Techniques. Compile And Maintain Relevant Registers To Ensure Compliance With OHS Policies Conduct Risk Assessment And Enforce Preventative Measures. Prepare Reports On Occurrences And Provide Statistical Information To Site Management Must Possess Excellent Interpersonal Skills To Relate Effectively With Workers And Staff OSHA / NEBOSH Certificate Is Mandatory Able To Use A computer And The Main Software Packages Competently
