Key Requirements:✔️ 8+ years of Product Owner experience✔️ Mandatory Banking domain experience (Onboarding, CMS, Lending, Cards, etc.)✔️ Strong experience in Stakeholder Mapping✔️ Advanced expertise in Release Management, Release Planning & Coordination✔️ Knowledge of Scrum Metrics (application-level)✔️ Hands-on experience with JIRA (dashboarding & reporting)✔️ Excellent communication & consultative skills✔️ PSPO I / PSPO II certification is a plus
