The Supply Chain Officer (Storekeeper) – Responsible for Shipping , Issuing, Receiving activities such as processing of inbound material receipts, processing of outbound material shipments. Overall managing warehouse activities and control inventory management tasks.
Responsibilities: Reliable and maintains excellent attendance and punctuality. Able to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently. Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) . Complete all duties assigned by supervisor and/or manager. Maintain clean, professional appearance at all times. Conduct general housing keeping duties within facility and assist with warehouse maintenance as required. Utilize Parts Guidelines for Customer Service for all customer and vendor contacts. Generate Purchase Request (PR) for store inventory stocks. Entering data of Min/Max Level of order using the EAM System and ABC Classification. Constantly do random Physical and Cycle counts. Shipping and Receiving Goods to EAM system. Inspection of goods before uploading to EAM System. Issuing spare parts to workshop , line maintenance, body shop etc. Making Weekly report for direct and re-service goods received from the store. Approving pick tickets parts request and issuing. Support Technicians for searching the needed parts by workshop. Assisting visitors , audit and finance. Prepare reports such as slow-moving items or materials as well as obsolete parts.


Minimum Requirements: Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization. Ability to operate basic store equipment (i.e. forklift & pallet jack) Able to self-motivate in a fast pace, multi-tasking environment. Good organizational skillset Basic computer skills including the ability to learn basic software applications and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems Knowledge to communicate and write in English & Arabic. Mechanical and Technical aptitude and/or experience would be considered an advantage
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management
