Job Details

Responsible for managing and overseeing the overall operations of the restaurant branch, ensuring operational efficiency, staff performance, product availability, quality standards, and customer satisfaction in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities Manage daily branch operations in line with approved operational policies. Supervise staff performance and ensure compliance with company standards. Ensure availability, quality, and proper handling of products. Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and operational standards within the branch. Monitor inventory, waste, and operational requirements. Handle customer issues and coordinate resolutions with management. Prepare and submit required operational reports. Ensure proper use and maintenance of company assets and equipment. Support initiatives aimed at improving branch performance and customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with approved performance standards and operational targets.
Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management. Strong leadership and operational management skills. Proficiency in Arabic and English.
