Job Description – Branch Manager (Showroom Manager)
Job Title: Branch Manager (Showroom Manager) Nationality: Saudi Department: Sales Reports To: General Manager (GM) Location: Showroom Branch- Jeddah– Saudi Arabia
Job Purpose:The Branch Manager is fully accountable for the overall performance, setup, and operations of the showroom branch. This role combines sales leadership, operational management, and project oversight, including supervising showroom renovation under new Corporate Identity (CI), IT system implementation, recruitment and training of sales staff, and driving sales performance in line with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Branch & Sales Operations:- Manage day-to-day showroom operations.- Achieve sales targets and KPIs.- Ensure excellent customer experience.- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.-Ensure compliance with the governmental regulations.
2. Showroom Renovation & CI Implementation:- Act as branch project owner for showroom renovation.- Coordinate with contractors and CI vendors.- Monitor timelines, cost, and quality.- Report progress to the GM.
3. IT Systems & Digital Enablement:- Oversee installation of DMS, CRM, POS, and network systems.- Coordinate with IT vendors.- Ensure system readiness and staff training.
4. Recruitment & Team Development:- Support recruitment of sales staff.- Participate in interviews and selection.- Lead onboarding and initial training.- Build a high-performance sales culture.
5. Training & Performance Management:- Train staff on product knowledge, sales processes, and systems.- Set targets and monitor performance.- Coach and develop team members.
6. Financial & Inventory Control:- Control branch operating expenses.- Manage inventory and vehicle display.- Coordinate with logistics and forecasting.
7. Reporting & Coordination:- Prepare regular reports for GM.- Coordinate between branch and head office. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or Management (preferred)3–7 years of experience in retail management, showroom operations, or branch management Proven track record in sales growth and team leadership Experience handling inventory, budgeting, and financial reporting Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems Understanding of visual merchandising and showroom presentation Familiarity with local market trends and competitor analysis
