Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of GRC, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role is responsible for building and leading Infratech’s GRC services practice (client-facing) in addition to maintaining strong internal governance. The selected candidate will own the GRC portfolio end-to-end: service design, presales leadership, compliance alignment, and practice growth. This position requires a leader who can operate confidently with clients, regulators, and executives shaping solutions, leading assessments, responding to RFPs, and ensuring delivery quality while developing a scalable GRC capability within Infratech.

Key Responsibilities Define the GRC practice strategy, service catalog, and go-to-market roadmap (advisory, compliance, risk, audit readiness, third-party risk, privacy/data governance, BCM, etc.). Build standardized methodologies, templates, accelerators, and reusable deliverables to scale services profitably. Lead GRC presales activities: discovery workshops, solution scoping, effort estimation, pricing inputs, and proposal development. Own/lead responses for RFPs/RFIs, technical write-ups, compliance matrices, and presentations to client committees. Develop strong client relationships, support account teams, and contribute to pipeline generation and opportunity shaping. Collaborate with vendor partners (GRC platforms, compliance tools) to build joint offerings and positioning. Oversee execution of client engagements risk assessments, compliance programs, policy development, controls design, audit readiness, and remediation. Maintain internal GRC governance to ensure Infratech aligns with key regulatory requirements and best practices. Support internal audit readiness and continuous improvement across policies, controls, and security governance. Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing GRC team (consultants, seniors, and specialists). Define training plans, certification paths, and coaching to strengthen consultative and presales skills.
