Role Purpose
The Brand & Content Specialist is responsible for the visual output of Blooming. They will act as the bridge between the brand’s guidelines and the creative community. This role requires a blend of hands-on design and creative production management, ensuring that influencers, agencies and freelancers produce content that looks, feels, and sounds like Blooming.
Key Responsibilities
- Graphic Design: Act as the internal designer, creating digital and print assets (social media, website banners, in-store signage, and newsletters, etc.) strictly following the brand book.
- Content Creation: Identify and coordinate with local freelance photographers, videographers, and editors. They will oversee their work to ensure the final delivery meets brand standards.
- Content Production: Lead small-scale shoots including selecting locations, styling products according to brand guidelines, and ensuring the visual storytelling is consistent.
- Asset Quality Control: Review all externally produced content (videos/photos). You will perform final "brand checks" or minor edits/retouching to ensure everything is polished and premium.
- Brand Library Management: Organize and maintain the library of all creative assets, ensuring the Marketing Coordinators have easy access to the latest approved content.

Skills & Qualifications
- Technical Design: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a must.
- Production Experience: Proven experience in managing freelancers or directing content creators/influencers. You know how to give constructive feedback to get the right "shot."
- Social Media Native: Deep understanding of current content trends in Saudi Arabia (Snapchat, Instagram, TikTok) and how to adapt brand aesthetics to these platforms.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple freelancers and content deadlines simultaneously.
- Cultural Aesthetic: A refined eye for the Saudi female fashion landscape—knowing what is "on-trend" yet respectful of the brand’s DNA
