B2B Key Account Sales Manager
Job Purpose
To lead and grow high-value strategic B2B accounts by building long-term partnerships, driving revenue and profitability, and managing complex sales cycles, while contributing to the overall sales strategy and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a portfolio of high-value strategic and key B2B accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and senior stakeholders within client organizations.
- Develop and execute account growth plans to maximize revenue and account value.
- Lead complex, long-cycle sales opportunities from prospecting to deal closure.
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and pricing to achieve mutual value.
- Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Drive account expansion through cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including Presales, Marketing, Operations, and Support to ensure successful delivery.
- Manage customer expectations and handle escalations professionally.
- Monitor account performance, manage sales pipelines, and provide accurate sales forecasts.
- Prepare regular performance reports and insights for management.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
- Support and mentor junior account managers when required.

Skills
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 7–10 years of proven experience in B2B sales or key account management.
- Demonstrated success managing enterprise or high-value client accounts.
- Strong experience in complex and long sales cycles.
- Advanced negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
- Fluency in Arabic; English proficiency is highly preferred.
