B2B Key Account Sales Manager


Job Purpose

To lead and grow high-value strategic B2B accounts by building long-term partnerships, driving revenue and profitability, and managing complex sales cycles, while contributing to the overall sales strategy and business growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a portfolio of high-value strategic and key B2B accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and senior stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Develop and execute account growth plans to maximize revenue and account value.
  • Lead complex, long-cycle sales opportunities from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and pricing to achieve mutual value.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.
  • Drive account expansion through cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including Presales, Marketing, Operations, and Support to ensure successful delivery.
  • Manage customer expectations and handle escalations professionally.
  • Monitor account performance, manage sales pipelines, and provide accurate sales forecasts.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and insights for management.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
  • Support and mentor junior account managers when required.

Skills

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 7–10 years of proven experience in B2B sales or key account management.
  • Demonstrated success managing enterprise or high-value client accounts.
  • Strong experience in complex and long sales cycles.
  • Advanced negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
  • Fluency in Arabic; English proficiency is highly preferred.
