Key Responsibilities:
Implement visual merchandising standards according to brand guidelines.
Arrange products inside the store (windows, tables, walls, mannequins).
Design and update window displays regularly based on seasons and campaigns.
Organize product placement to support sales and improve customer flow.
Execute in-store promotional setups and campaign displays.
Ensure proper product availability, size organization, and color coordination.
Monitor displayed stock levels and report shortages or display improvement opportunities.
Train store staff on visual merchandising basics and maintenance standards.
Capture regular photos and submit visual compliance reports.
Evaluate display performance and suggest improvements to increase sales.
Requirements:
Experience in visual merchandising or retail.
Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
Ability to work on-site across store locations.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Teamwork ability and capability to work under pressure.
