Job Details

Job Purpose The Automotive Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles in accordance with manufacturer standards and company procedures, ensuring high-quality workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, brakes, tires, and inspections. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic vehicle issues using diagnostic tools and equipment. Repair or replace faulty parts and systems in accordance with manufacturer guidelines. Conduct road tests to verify repair quality and vehicle performance. Ensure all work orders and repair details are accurately documented. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area. Coordinate with Service Advisors to explain technical findings and recommended repairs. Participate in technical training and stay updated on new vehicle technologies. Comply with company policies, quality standards, and workshop procedures. Requirements Proven experience as an Automotive Technician (cars, buses, or trucks). Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic systems. Ability to use diagnostic tools and workshop equipment. Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Technical diploma or certification in Automotive Technology or a related field. Willingness to work in a workshop environment and flexible shifts.
