Consultancy and Construction Contracts Engineer (FIDIC) Educational Qualification:Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. Job Description: The role involves supervision and management of consultancy and construction contracts, monitoring project execution in accordance with FIDIC contract conditions, and ensuring full compliance with contractual requirements and approved technical specifications. Required Qualifications and Experience:Certified and trained in Consultancy and Construction Contracts (FIDIC). Practical experience in site supervision and technical office works. A minimum of 10 years of overall professional engineering experience. At least 5 years of proven experience in FIDIC contracts. A minimum of 3 years of work experience within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Strong knowledge of contract administration, claims management, variations, and dispute resolution. Ability to prepare contractual and technical reports and effectively coordinate with consultants and contractors.
