Job Title: IT Director Department: Information Technology Reports To: CEO Location: (Riyadh) Job Summary The IT Director is responsible for leading the organization’s technology strategy, infrastructure, and IT operations. This role ensures that IT systems support business goals, are secure, scalable, and cost-effective, and that technology initiatives drive efficiency and innovation across the organization. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement the overall IT strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives. Oversee IT infrastructure, systems, networks, hardware, software, and cloud services. Ensure data security, cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans are in place and effective. Lead, mentor, and manage the IT team, including performance management and skills development. Manage IT budgets, forecasts, vendor contracts, and technology investments. Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve operational efficiency and competitiveness. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and IT governance standards. Collaborate with senior management and department heads to understand technology needs. Oversee IT projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget. Establish and maintain IT policies, procedures, and best practices. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).8–12 years of progressive IT experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or management role. Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems architecture, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications. Proven experience in IT strategy, budgeting, and vendor management. Experience with digital transformation, cloud platforms, and modern IT frameworks is a plus.
