Job Summary :
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to join our Sales team in the Central & Eastern region. The ideal candidate will have a solid network in the central region, strong knowledge of manpower outsourcing, and experience in client acquisition and proposal generation through a Dynamics-based quotation engine.
Responsibilities : - Proactively identify and acquire new B2B clients in the central region.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, HR leaders, and procurement heads.
- Strong client network in the market
- Prepare accurate proposals and quotations using SMASCO’s internal pricing engine and Dynamics CRM.
- Understand client needs and propose workforce solutions tailored to their sector (e.g., government, semi-government, private).
- Monitor project developments and upcoming tenders across major sectors.
- Collaborate with operations and support teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements- Minimum 2–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the manpower, outsourcing, overseas recruitment (Blue & White collar) or facility management sector.
- Strong understanding of the Saudi market particularly the central & eastern region.
- Proficiency in using CRM platforms and pricing engines (Dynamics knowledge is a plus).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Arabic and English.
- Proven ability to build and maintain a network of clients, influencers, and market contacts.
- Awareness of current and upcoming mega-projects and labor demand trends in the region.
