We are seeking an experienced B2B Sales Consultant to
join our client on a project-based contract basis.

Summary


In this highly consultative role, you will be responsible
for driving new business opportunities and providing strategic advisory
services to enterprise-level clients in


Responsibilities


  • Identify and qualify new
    sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation

  • Develop and execute
    tailored sales and consulting strategies to engage with and convert potential
    clients

  • Serve as a trusted advisor,
    effectively communicating the value proposition and benefits of our solutions
    to C-suite and key decision-makers

  • Conduct in-depth needs
    assessments, analyze client challenges, and propose custom-fit recommendations

  • Negotiate contract terms,
    close sales, and ensure client satisfaction, meeting or exceeding
    quarterly/annual sales and client retention targets

  • Collaborate
    cross-functionally with the delivery team to ensure a seamless client
    onboarding and implementation process

  • Provide regular updates on
    pipeline, forecasting, and performance metrics

  • Updated on industry
    trends, competitor activities, and evolving client needs to proactively
    identify new business opportunities



Requirements
  • 7+ years of consultative
    B2B sales experience, preferably in the Manpower industry

  • Demonstrated ability to
    navigate and influence decision-making processes within large enterprises

  • Exceptional communication,
    presentation, and client management skills

  • Strong problem-solving,
    critical thinking, and strategic planning abilities

  • Proficient in using CRM
    systems and sales enablement tools

  • Bachelor's degree or
    equivalent experience
