We are currently looking for an experienced Architect to join our team for commercial fit-out projects.
Requirements:Proven experience in commercial projects such as retail shops, offices, hospitals, and similar developments Strong background in full fit-out works with high-quality execution standards Ability to read, coordinate, and supervise the execution of MEP drawings on site Experience in civil and MEP works supervision, coordination, and quality control Ability to produce detailed drawings and resolve technical issues that may arise during execution Background or knowledge in BMS systems is a plus Proficient in architectural and design software Ability to prepare project time schedules, method statements, and weekly progress reports Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on site.
Working Conditions:Working hours are mainly during night shifts, as required for commercial projects. Contract duration: initially 3 months, renewable on a month-by-month basis, with the possibility of extension beyond 3 months based on performance and project needs. A one-week trial period will be required before signing the contract. Iqama transfer can be discussed.
