Role Overview The Recruitment Specialist supports a growing hospitality and lifestyle group by attracting and hiring high-quality talent across restaurant operations and corporate functions. This role focuses on full-cycle recruitment while supporting business growth and local workforce initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for restaurant operations and head office roles Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and agencies Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring decisions Support Saudization targets and ensure compliance with Saudi labor regulations Maintain recruitment data, reports, and candidate records Support onboarding and joining formalities for new hires Contribute to employer branding and recruitment initiatives
Requirements2–4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in hospitality or retail Knowledge of the Saudi labor market and Saudization requirements Strong communication and time management skills Ability to handle multiple open roles in a fast-paced environment Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
