Purpose of the Role: Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for Skyro’s Saudi products: from market and regulatory alignment through to development, launch, growth and ongoing optimization. Ensure offerings are compliant with SAMA requirements and Sharia guidance, commercially viable, technically scalable, and tailored to Saudi customers.
Product Strategy & Roadmap:Own the Saudi B2B product roadmap (short, medium, long term) aligned to Skyro’s enterprise growth and revenue objectives. Define the B2B product vision, customer value propositions (employers, SMEs, large enterprises, partners), and GTM priorities for the Saudi market. Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to identify enterprise use cases, platform adoption drivers, and product–market fit within regulated environments.
Regulatory, Sharia & Compliance Liaison (B2B):Partner with Compliance and Legal to ensure B2B product designs, contracts, and workflows comply with SAMA and other applicable Saudi regulations. Collaborate with Sharia advisors to design, document, and launch Sharia-compliant B2B financial products and employer-linked offerings. Track and manage regulatory milestones, approvals, submissions, and ongoing compliance deliverables impacting B2B clients.
Product Development & Delivery:Translate B2B requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritised backlogs, covering admin portals, employer dashboards, APIs, and integrations. Work closely with engineering, UX, QA, data, and platform teams to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable B2B solutions across web and API layers. Lead UAT, client pilots, phased enterprise rollouts, and configuration setups; ensure Arabic localisation, RTL support, and role-based access controls.
Commercial Performance & Analytics (B2B):Define and monitor B2B KPIs, including enterprise onboarding velocity, activation rates, usage depth, revenue per client, retention, and compliance metrics. Use data insights and controlled experimentation to iterate on product features, pricing models, and packaging for different enterprise segments.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management:Act as the central product liaison across sales, partnerships, compliance, risk, marketing, operations, and customer success to coordinate B2B launches and client implementations. Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, including KYC/AML providers, payroll systems, payment processors, and enterprise technology platforms.
Risk & Governance (B2B):Identify and assess B2B product risks (regulatory, operational, data security, client dependency) and implement mitigation strategies. Maintain comprehensive product documentation, including requirements, integration specs, decision logs, SLAs, and risk registers.
Delivery & Ways of Working:Apply agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) to deliver B2B products iteratively while meeting enterprise and regulatory timelines. Manage resources, delivery plans, and budgets for Saudi-focused B2B product initiatives.
