We are hiring a Blown Film Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations of blown film extrusion lines and production shifts, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing in a plastics production environment. This role focuses on shopfloor leadership, stable production, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily production activities on blown film extrusion lines Ensure safe and efficient operation of extruders and related equipment Monitor output, downtime, waste, and raw material usage Lead and coach operators and technicians on shift Coordinate with QA to maintain product quality and address non-conformities Support basic setup, changeovers, and machine parameter control Coordinate with maintenance for breakdowns and preventive maintenance Enforce HSE, PPE, and 5S standards Prepare shift/daily reports and update ERP/SAP records
Qualifications
Technical Diploma or equivalent hands-on experience in plastics/manufacturing Working knowledge of blown film extrusion (single or multilayer lines) Supervisory experience preferred; strong senior operator / line leader profiles will be considered technical and troubleshooting skills (mechanical/process) Ability to use ERP/SAP or similar systems (training can be provided)2+ years’ experience in blown film or plastics production (supervisory exposure is a plus) Willingness to work shifts
