We are looking for a SAP S/4HANA System Coordinator to oversee the daily operation of our SAP landscape. You will coordinate between business users, functional, technical, and Basis teams, ensuring system stability, performance, and smooth delivery of enhancements and projects.
Key Responsibilities:Coordinate SAP system activities across functional, technical, and Basis teams. Monitor system performance, availability, and interfaces; escalate issues as needed. Act as the first point of contact for SAP incidents, changes, and service requests. Support SAP upgrades, patches, transports, and release cycles. Manage testing activities and change management processes. Liaise with vendors, system integrators, and managed service providers. Maintain system documentation and ensure compliance with IT governance. Track system KPIs and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.3+ years of SAP S/4HANA experience. Strong understanding of SAP architecture and core modules. Experience coordinating functional, technical, and Basis teams. Knowledge of SAP change, transport, and incident management. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Preferred:Hands-on SAP Basis or functional experience. SAP S/4HANA certifications (System Administration, PM, MM, PP/QM).
