Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Print Press Technician to join our food-packaging manufacturing operation. The role focuses on operating and maintaining digital print presses and die-cut machines used in the production of paper cups, food packaging, and related printed materials. The ideal candidate will ensure consistent print quality, machine reliability, and smooth production flow.


Key Responsibilities
Operate digital print press and die-cut machines used in food-grade packaging Set up, calibrate, and adjust machines according to job specifications Monitor print quality, color consistency, registration, and finishing accuracy Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and print-quality issues Perform routine preventive maintenance and minor repairs Coordinate with production and quality teams to meet daily output targets Ensure compliance with food-safety, quality, and workplace safety standards Maintain production logs and basic maintenance records


Requirements & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Print Press Technician or similar role Hands-on expertise with digital printing presses and die-cut machines Experience in food packaging, paper products, or FMCG manufacturing preferred Strong mechanical and technical troubleshooting skills High attention to detail and quality standards Ability to work independently and within a production team Willingness to work shifts if required Technical diploma or vocational training is an advantage
