Core System Customization: Develop and customize all modules of the Finastra Fusion Essence platform to meet organizational requirements.
FinTech Solutions: Design and implement advanced technical solutions for Finance and Islamic Banking (IB).
Infrastructure Management: Install, update, and optimize performance for IBM WebSphere, IBM BPM, and SAP Crystal Report Server.
Development & APIs: Leverage J2EE, Oracle Database, and PL/SQL for robust system builds and API development (SOAP & RESTful).
System Integration: Ensure seamless integration between the core lending system and other internal/external organizational applications.
Quality Assurance: Execute rigorous quality and performance testing for all developed applications.
Leadership & Mentorship: Guide the technical team at the Agricultural Development Fund to enhance their skills in modern banking technologies.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in systems development.
Specialization: At least 8 years of hands-on experience specifically in Finastra Fusion Essence development and customization.
Technical Mastery: Deep knowledge of IBM WebSphere, IBM BPM, and Oracle PL/SQL.
Industry Standards: Strong understanding of cybersecurity standards and best practices within the banking and financial sectors.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
Preferred Certifications: * IBM WebSphere Administration.
