Purpose of the job
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to play a critical role in our SAP implementation project, with a key focus on embedding robust internal controls, ensuring proper design and configuration of core financial modules, and driving process digitalization and efficiencies across Finance.
Key Accountabilities
Act as the finance lead in the SAP implementation, ensuring finance requirements are fully captured and translated into system design.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, consultants, and business stakeholders) to ensure end-to-end finance processes are aligned, optimized, and future-ready.
Drive the embedding of internal controls into system design and processes to ensure compliance with SOX, audit, and internal control frameworks.
Provide expert input on SAP Financial modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Fixed Assets (FA).
Champion process automation, simplification, and digitalization across finance operations.
Validate system configurations, participate in UAT, and support training and change management for finance teams.
Support data migration activities ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial data
Skills
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA/CA or equivalent preferred.
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Finance and Accounting, including Big 4 public accounting experience.
Hands-on experience with SAP implementation projects (S/4HANA preferred).
Strong understanding of internal controls, compliance, and financial reporting frameworks.
Proven ability to manage projects, work cross-functionally, and deliver in complex transformation environments.
Deep expertise in core finance processes: GL, AP, AR, and Fixed Assets.
Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and system optimization.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
