Hardware Maintenance: Install, maintain, and repair computers, printers, and peripherals across HQ and branch offices.
Network Support: Provide technical support for both wired and wireless (LAN/WLAN) network points.
User Assistance: Respond to technical issues via phone, email, or helpdesk, providing clear guidance and rapid solutions to employees.
Preventive Maintenance: Conduct periodic inspections of hardware and software to ensure reliability and keep pace with IT developments.
Inventory Management: Identify and request necessary spare parts and hardware requirements.
Software Oversight: Regularly check and update used software and hardware systems to maintain peak performance.
What We’re Looking For:
Nationality: Saudi Nationals only.
Experience: 5+ years of practical experience in IT hardware and network support.
Education: Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Certifications (Mandatory): Must hold at least one of the following: CompTIA A+, CompTIA N+, MCSA, or CCNA.
Soft Skills: Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
Language: Advanced proficiency in Arabic.
