IAM Solution Design: Design and develop secure identity and access management solutions aligned with cybersecurity standards.
Access Control Management: Implement and enforce policies for user accounts, high-privilege (Admin) accounts, and remote access (VPN).
Governance & Compliance: Ensure all IAM activities comply with regulatory standards and organizational cybersecurity controls.
Account Lifecycle: Manage the end-to-end user account process—from onboarding to offboarding—and develop automated provisioning/deprovisioning workflows.
Audit & Review: Lead periodic access reviews and audits to identify gaps and ensure the "Principle of Least Privilege."
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with system owners to define access matrices and address security vulnerabilities.
Technical Guidance: Provide expert advice to team members on IAM processes and cybersecurity methodologies (Authentication, Authorization, and Accounting).
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in IAM, Access Control, and Cybersecurity operations.
Technical Skills: Deep understanding of Group Policies, Access Control Lists (ACLs), and Privilege Access Management (PAM).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
Certifications (Mandatory/Preferred): * Certified Identity Management Professional (CIMP).
Languages: Professional fluency in both Arabic and English (Written & Spoken).
