Duties/Responsibilities:Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing. Design user flows, wireframes, and prototypes. Deliver responsive UI designs for web and mobile. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to ensure accurate implementation. Improve user experience based on feedback, session recordings, and analytics. Keep up to date with UI/UX trends, tools, and standards.
Requirements:Hands-on proficiency with Figma / Adobe XD / Sketch (or similar tools). Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/Java Script. Strong portfolio showing real UI/UX case studies. Experience in motion design / micro-interactions. Solid understanding of design systems and components. Familiarity with usability testing and digital analytics tools (Hotjar, GA, etc.).
Education:Bachelor’s degree in computer and 2-5 years of experience in the same field
