We are seeking an experienced Proposal Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, specializing in finishing, fit-out, and decoration projects.

The role involves preparing technical and commercial proposals, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting tender submissions from initial inquiry through final submission. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse and high-quality interior and fit-out projects within a professional and growing organization.

Working hours: Sunday–Thursday,8 AM– 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities:



• Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals for fit-out and finishing projects
• Review and analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications
• Coordinate with estimation, engineering, procurement, and site teams
• Prepare method statements, material submittals, and compliance statements
• Assist in preparing BOQs, cost breakdowns, and value engineering proposals
• Support tender clarifications and post-tender activities
• Ensure timely submission of proposals in compliance with client requirements

Skills

• Strong experience in fit-out, finishing, and decoration works
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office
• Ability to read and interpret construction and shop drawings
• Good understanding of tendering procedures in Saudi Arabia
• Coordination and communication skills
• Time management and ability to work under pressure
• Site experience and practical construction knowledge
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
• Minimum 5+ years' experience in proposal engineering for fit-out projects
• English language proficiency (Arabic is a plus)
• Ability to work in Riyadh
