We are looking for an HR Officer to support the day-to-day operations of our HR Department. The role focuses on recruitment coordination, work visa / residency procedures, and employee relations support. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding support.
- Handle visa and work permit processing, residency/ID documentation, and liaise with relevant authorities/service providers when required.
- Support employee relations and HR operations, including attendance tracking, leave administration, and responding to employee inquiries.
- Maintain HR records and personnel files, and prepare HR letters and routine documentation.
Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, reporting).
- Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English; Arabic is a plus.
- Familiarity with recruitment workflows and employee documentation processes.
- High sense of responsibility, integrity, and confidentiality.
