Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the implementation of air conditioning, ventilation, plumbing, and fire protection works.
  • Ensure that the work conforms to specifications and plans.
  • Prepare purchase orders according to project specifications and approved plans and submit them to the senior engineer for review and approval.
  • Receiving raw materials from suppliers and ensuring their conformity with approved samples, purchase orders, and project specifications and requirements.
  • Submitting inspection and acceptance requests and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
  • Coordinating with electrical, civil, and architectural engineers to avoid conflicts.


Skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential and commercial construction and finishing projects.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, Firefighting, and Plumbing systems.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD.
