Policies, Processes and Procedures

-              Applies approved section policies, processes, and procedures and monitors adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner

Day- to-day operations

-              Applies the day-to-day operations assigned for Events and Exhibition Section to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures

Graphic Designs

-              Designs banners, posters and signage that are appropriate for the event and exhibition depicting the company message to provide information to attendees and guests on the significance of the event in order relay a clear point

-              Prepares layout designs using various e-tools such as photo shop and illustrator in order to come up with appropriate lay outs

Information

-              Collects information for the department for all the planned projects for the year to create an annual plan and schedule of activity in order to make the necessary preparations for the event and exhibit

Specifications

-              Sets specifications such as measurements, logos, colors, etc and discuss this with Supervisor in order to maintain the company standards and ensure consistency on the approach

Follow Ups and Public Relations

-              Conducts follow ups with proponent department and event sponsors regarding their requests and any additional information and input such as tests and pictures to ensure full understanding of their requirements in order to satisfy their respective design needs

-              Establishes and maintains well organized records on PR guest facilities and activities for necessary review of the supervisor.

Reporting

-              Assists in the preparation of timely and accurate reports for section in order to meet Company and section requirements, policies and standards

Safety, Health & Environment

-              Complies with all relevant safety, health and environmental procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment
