What You’ll Be Doing:Handling benefits admin with precision and speed — no detail too small! Making sure monthly premiums get paid on time, every time Managing enrolments and making sure employees get the benefits they’re entitled to Taking ownership of all benefit compensation tasks
Who You Are:A benefits expert who knows the ins and outs of employee perks Excel and MS Office A results-driven team player who loves to collaborate Great at giving and receiving feedback Fluent in English & Arabic
