Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Waiter based in Riyadh. The Waiter will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, taking orders, delivering food and beverages to customers, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Additional duties include setting up tables, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, and addressing customer inquiries. Collaboration with the kitchen and other staff members to ensure smooth operations will also be a key part of this role.
Qualifications Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to take orders accurately and ensure prompt service Experience in handling transactions and familiarity with point-of-sale systems Teamwork and collaboration with the kitchen and service staff Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in the food service or hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards is a plus Professional demeanor and a positive attitude
