Job Summary:The Governance Management Expert is responsible for assessing, developing, and enhancing the organization’s governance framework to ensure clarity of roles, accountability, compliance, and effective decision-making. The role focuses on evaluating current governance practices, risk management, compliance, and business continuity, as well as developing role matrices and delegation of authority frameworks. Key Responsibilities:Develop assessment tools to evaluate the current state of governance practices, risk management, compliance, and business continuity. Review and analyze existing governance structures, policies, and procedures. Develop and document the Governance Framework in alignment with regulatory requirements and best practices. Design and maintain the Roles and Responsibilities Matrix to ensure clarity and accountability across the organization. Develop and update the Delegation of Authority (DoA) Matrix to support effective decision-making and control. Identify governance gaps and recommend improvements to enhance organizational effectiveness and compliance. Ensure alignment between governance, risk management, compliance, and business continuity initiatives. Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations for senior management and relevant stakeholders. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree is required. Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred (e.g., Governance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or related disciplines). Experience:Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in governance, risk management, compliance, or related fields.
